Customer service is excellent! Premium service and really good product. I get % interest in both my USD balance and my BTC balance. I also get cashback for my card payments. It took me a few tries to get onboarded but I got help from the members services team who were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Xapo Bank for anyone interested in protecting their saving in a safe currency (USD) and in BTC.
